We know y’all love you some BBQ. So do we. Smoking Zoe’s is some of the best smoked BBQ in Colorado. We had the pleasure of helping Smoking’s Zoe’s actualize their vision of a custom bbq smoker trailer. It was a shop build out from a 14 ft Big Tex flat trailer. We’ve upgraded just about everything.
We diamond-plated the outside with an aluminum diamond plate. Inside has custom finishes, handmade cabinet doors, a custom smoker, and awning lights. All of the windows pop out on gas status. it’s been a really fun project that everyone in the shop has had hands-on. We really nailed the idea and can not wait to reveal it to the client. We’re excited to reveal the smoker to the client and send him down the road with one badass custom barbecue smoker rig!
